What data we collect

Frida Suite processes the following personal data through the website fridasuite.it:

Browsing data. When you visit the site, the server automatically collects certain technical data for the correct operation and security of the service: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access, pages visited. This data is not associated with directly identifying information and is used solely for technical and aggregate statistical purposes.

Contact data. If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, email or through the forms on the Airbnb and Booking platforms, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, message) in order to respond to your enquiry. We do not use this data for marketing purposes.

Purposes and legal basis for processing

Browsing data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller in ensuring the correct operation and security of the site.

Contact data that you provide voluntarily is processed on the basis of consent implicit in your request for a response.

Retention period

• Browsing data (server logs): retained for a maximum of 30 days, then automatically deleted by our hosting provider Vercel.
• Contact data: retained for the time necessary to fulfil the request, and subsequently deleted unless otherwise required by law.

Recipients of your data

Your data may be processed by:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting provider, USA), which manages the technical infrastructure of the site on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
• Google LLC (USA), which provides the web fonts (Google Fonts) used on the site; no directly identifying personal data is transmitted, only technical browsing data (IP address, user agent).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Ireland), if you contact us via WhatsApp.

We do not sell, transfer or share your data for marketing purposes with any third parties.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (Vercel, Google) are based in the United States. Transfers of data outside the EEA take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR.
